A: Class starts promptly at 9:00AM (for most classes – sometimes we can get away with 9:30 but we’ll let you know if that's the case) and ends at approximately 5:00PM.
A: There are two ways to pay for a course: You can add courses to your cart and checkout online via credit card, or you could make cash or a card payment at the premises on day 1.

Our trainers are working consultants who involve in consulting activities on business excellence when they're not in the classroom - we practice what we preach. It's a great system - we're better consultants because we know what we do inside and out, and we're better trainers because we get to put the theory into practice in the real world.
